I got two flat tires and stripped two lug nuts. so I could not get them off for the life of me. I called Twin Cities and Noel came and took them right off for me ! He was very nice and saved me so much ! Hopefully so don’t get any flats anytime soon but if I do I will definitely use Noel again !

They saved my bacon on a Sunday afternoon when my so-called roadside assistance from my auto insurance was a joke. Two other places saved my bacon also, Larry's Towing who referred me to another place I need to look up the name of because all I have is the name of a person, the reason they referred me to the other place is that it was the one day per month all their units were on call for the sheriff, wouldn't you know. Then the place for whom I only have a person's name and who had no units available immediately referred me to Twin Cities Towing, who came right out. I am grateful to all three companies, and that they know each other and are willing to refer each other when they are unable to get there right away. When Twin Cities showed up in about 15 minutes, I was going on 2 hours waiting for the first call from my so-called roadside assistance from my insurance company, and that one claimed they couldn't find me and it was going to take another hour and a half. That's the point where I said I don't care if I have to pay for it myself I just want to go home and Twin Cities came out and took me home. By the way, if you read this, Twin Cities Towing, in addition to the thank you, I want to let you know that the QR code on your business card did not work to get me to a website where I could leave a review. So I looked you up here by name.

After a full week of trying to get a tow from 15+ local towing companies, twin cities was our saving grace! They promptly came out and had us at the dealership in less than 30 minutes. Handling our difficult situation related to a stuck parking brake was not a problem at all for this company, and the price was extremely reasonable. Our driver was very respectful and responsive. We’ll always use this company in the future.

At Work 1500 miles away from home and my Girlfriend and 5mo baby girl breakdown in the Brazos Town City shopping mall area 60 miles from home in my f250 long diesel truck ... Called one place and they flat out recommended Twin Cities Towing ... Called and they were there in no time , very professional , clean ride inside with a rollback hauler ... $350 for that peace of mind and quality service was more than worth it when we were in such a bind...

Noel was a life saver we have progressive road side assistance and called for wrecker service we waited for 2 1/2 hours so called another wrecker service in phone directory and saw several didn’t know which one to get so just picked one thank god I shows the right one I explained our issues well he was there within minutes he got the on his wrecker and we took it to where we needed it to go wrapped it all up with in 35 minutes Noel was very helpful friendly and professional thank you Noel and we will definitely keep your business card twin city if all your employees are all like Noel you are definitely a great business
